Pink and Navy

At our wedding my brides maids wore pale pink and I incorporated small bits of pink throughout the event. The three tiered all white cake was decorated with pink fresh flowers and the church pews had flowers tied with pink silk ribbon that I bought at Mokuba.  (a super splurge at that time). I also hand painted little pink bows on all 180 place cards. It's surprising what can be done on a budget.

I wouldn't say that this wedding was done on a dime, but there are definitely lots of great ideas that can be replicated. The navy and pink combination is a favourite of mine, I think it appeals to the prep in me.
