New Kitchen Chairs

I've been searching for new kitchen chairs for what seems like an eternity. 

What made the hunt so complicated was/is the fact that I do not like my kitchen. (We are not ripping it out, moving may be the only option!) It is all brown and beige and super boring. I've tried to make the best of it, but unfortunately it is still not my style.

I found that on my search for chairs I kept gravitating to styles that did not suit the kitchen or work with the existing table that is also staying. I also didn't want to spend a fortune on something that I didn't love.

On the weekend we popped into Elte looking for a rug for the condo, but instead we found these bistro chairs.

The best part is that they are only $99.00. Elte is not known for their budget prices, so I was pleasantly surprised. I don't love them, but they do the trick for now.

We picked the black to tie in with the other little hits of black in the kitchen, also it was the only colour that didn't clash with the dark wood table.
