Local Listing

I drove by this new house the other day and was pleasantly surprised by its lovely facade. It is so refreshing in a community of Mc Mansions to see a small home designed with the integrity and feel of the neighborhood in mind. Of course being the real estate stalker that I am I immediately looked it up on MLS. I have saved the listing images to my 'cottage' file because I thought the siding, X windows and colour scheme, would look amazing on a little east coast cottage. The inside is really well done, I would call it 'modern country'.

 The only thing I would do differently in this kitchen is paint the brick wall white.
